Since its foundation in 2004, MD Software & Design has been bringing together know-how and experience from large international companies to develop innovative IT solutions. Our industry focus is on the automotive, telecommunications and financial services sectors.
Currently MD Software & Design employs 42 people at two locations in Germany and Serbia.

Determined reliability
Driven by his vision, Michael Dudenko became the founder and CEO of MD Software & Design in 2004.
His idea of offering a high-performance IT infrastructure, available to everyone and otherwise only found in large companies, to medium-sized businesses at an affordable price thus became a business idea.
The graduated computer scientist, born in 1971, brings more than 20 years of experience and expertise from internationally operating IT & telecommunication companies to the foundation of the company.
Together with his partner Olga Shershneva, Michael Dudenko has been implementing the growth strategy of MD Software & Design with extreme determination up to the present day. Since its foundation, the company has recorded high double-digit growth rates every year. Both rely on a team of proven specialists and high standards in consulting, development and quality assurance.
