The handling of eWizard on mobile devices is designed to be so simple that even non-experts can use it without any problems. Technicians or service staff are guided step-by-step through the eWizard program. It is not possible to omit required, defined entries, which significantly reduces the error rate. Automatic buffering after each step prevents data loss and duplicate processing of data already entered.

If, for example, hail damage to a vehicle is to be repaired, the data on the damage to the vehicle follows the entry of the customer master data. On the device, it is now possible to mark the location, number and size of the dents on the various components. The system automatically generates a cost estimate, based on which the customer can accurately track the invoice amount.

eWizard is not only an operational software compatible with common financial systems, but also offers decentralized order control and a complete reporting system. Another benefit is its global applicability. When your technicians are working abroad, they can continue to use their smartphones. All that is required is an Internet connection (WLAN/3G).
