The task of our common customer was to create a completely new solution with which our customer could connect his operative business as well as his mobile processes.
In addition, a standard solution such as SAGE Office was to be used for financial accounting.
MD Software & Design together with CRM Solutions GmbH not only developed a standardized interface connecting the internal accounting system with the mobile service of the partner company, but also implemented a completely seamlessly integrated process:
- Mobile invoice entry
- Real-time monitoring
- Reporting of the operative processes in the background
